Reflection Questions

Peter wrote that we need to add virtue to our faith or else our lives will be ineffective and unfruitful. Virtues like Loyalty, Duty, Respect, Selfless Service, Honor, Integrity, and Personal Courage are some of the character traits that are to be ours and increasing. The most important of these, which Jesus regularly displayed, is Courage - for we need courage to carry out any of the other virtues which make our lives fruitful. Courage comes at a cost though, as we are all too aware. Yet the world now, as ever, needs Courageous Christians to stand in the gap for a lost generation. Our kids and their kids don't deserve to pay the price for our lack of courage. So, who do you know that hasn't found freedom in Christ yet? What area of our world do you wish someone would go and bring God's Kingdom to bear? God has already done something about it - He made you! If not us, then who? If not now, then when? Let's stop wishing and go fishing. Let's stop groaning and start going.
